These terms govern the services provided by WalkThru Media ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you"). By commissioning a project or using this website, you agree to these terms.

We provide visual media services including photography, 360 virtual tours and Google Street View publishing. The exact scope of any project is agreed in writing before work begins.

• Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in a written brief or quotation.
• Any work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
• We aim to meet all agreed delivery dates, subject to site access and conditions on the day.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made at short notice may incur a fee to cover reserved time.

On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered images and tours for the marketing and promotion of the specific property or business commissioned.

• We retain copyright of all images and tours we create.
• Images may not be resold or sub-licensed to third parties without our written consent.
• We may use delivered work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for arranging safe and timely access to the property or site. Where a shoot cannot proceed due to access issues on the day, a fee may apply.

We take great care on every project. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to your project.
