Preparing a property for a photo shoot

Great property photography starts before the camera comes out. The best results come from a space that is clean, tidy and free of clutter.

Clear surfaces, open curtains and switched on lights make an enormous difference. Personal items, cables and bins are best tucked away so the architecture and the light can lead.

Where possible, we shoot at the time of day that flatters the space most. For interiors that often means bright, even daylight. For exteriors, the softer light near golden hour brings out texture and warmth.

A short conversation before the shoot lets us plan all of this together, so the day itself runs smoothly.
